Dear Mr. Moore:

I have recently been the victim of many Mas90 problems, and therefore have had the opportunity to deal with many of your technicians. Although all of the technicians I have dealt with seem very knowledgeable, there is one that stands out among the rest.

Gerald, at ext. 4397, has been very patient and considerate. He has the ability to guide someone through the most frustrating MAS 90 problems without making them feel incompetent. In my experience, he also seems to be the most knowledgeable.

I am sure that I will need your technical services again, and when I do, I will request Gerald, due to the fact that he seems to be able to get my system back in operation in the most timely fashion. I hope that you and others in charge at State Of The Art recognize, as well as appreciate, his abilities.
